A life worth living is not a life of ease, but one of transformation.

Everyone desires the life of ease, but there's no victory in a life without battles—and everyone has battles.

It's the battles we choose to overcome that bring the greatest of victories—and there's no greater battle than to overcome ourselves.

If now is the time of transformation, let today be the first day of Spring.

Now is the time to take stock and plant new seeds. When harvest time comes, what crops will you reap?

If you plant seeds of laziness, you will reap nothing. You will have no harvest and have no growth. You will remain the same.

But if you sow self-control, you will reap discipline. Your speech will become smooth and razor-sharp.

If you sow into knowledge, you will reap understanding.

If by silence you learn stillness, peace will follow you as a lamb follows a shepherd.

If you sow anger, destruction, and isolation will be your reward.

Be careful of the seeds you sow, my son. Every seed has a harvest.
